International Emetophobia Society
I.E.S. was created by myself for people who suffer from Emetophobia - The Fear Of Vomiting, to help them with their fears and share their experiences with others. Believe me when I say that I was stunned when I discovered that this fear was so common. Most other emetophobes are stunned when they find out for the first time, I have received many emails from emets and they always say how shocked they are that they are not alone.
That's a good start, because I remember how happy and relieved I felt, the day I found out. Since then I'm learning to deal with it so much more and find maintaining this website and reading emails from other emets helps me get through every day.
Did you know Emetophobia was the 5th most common Phobia? Well it is, I couldn't believe it either, it makes you wonder how so many people have not even heard of the fear or maybe it's just the name, I think everyone fears vomiting to some degree, I'm certain nobody likes it.

Old posts have now be moved to the Archive section of the forums and will remain there for reference.
Remember there is the date filter that will allow you to see older posts. Took me a while to figure that one out, lol

Ok guys,
ive finally finished importing all the stories from the old site. You'll notice that all the stories currently display are Anonymos, this is because the names of the people who posted stories previously were not compatible with the new system. If you see your story on the list and what your name displayed, just let me know and i will sort it.
All new stories submitted will work fine, so your names will display correctly.
The Stories list is only viewable by IES Members, so its wont appear in google or be seen by non-members.
Dont forget, that section is purely for posting stories related to emetophobia, nothing else, unless you think is relevant.
