What is in it
What emetophobia actually is
What causes it, where it comes from, and whether it is really about being sick at all.
Why you have it
How you — or someone you love — came to develop it, what is keeping it going, and what has to happen for it to stop.
What you believe
Why unhelpful beliefs and thinking styles are what build a phobia, and which ones do it.
Your safety behaviours
Checking use-by dates, avoiding situations, washing your hands, keeping it secret. Whether any of it keeps you safe, and what would work better.
Our approach
The building blocks this phobia is made of, and how to knock each of them down.
No exposure therapy
Emetophobia is a symptom. We go after the cause, so there is no need to put you anywhere near vomit.

Bella Ramsey had this too.
And came out the other side.
“It’s not controlling my life anymore.”
The BAFTA-winning actor — The Worst Witch, Game of Thrones, The Last of Us — was housebound at one point as a teenager, and took travel sickness tablets and antacids to get through a working day on set. They had tried self-help books, CBT and hypnotherapy. None of it worked.
Bella went through this programme, and describes no longer thinking about sickness, no longer being frightened of it, and no longer letting it decide what they can and can’t do. They talk about all of it, openly, in their own words.
