How it works

Thirty minutes a day. Six to eight weeks to learn the skills.

Step by step learn the skills to overcome your fear so you can get back to being present with your friends, family and at school.

  1. Explore

Read a section of the manual and watch the video that goes with it.

  2. Reflect

Do the quizzes and written exercises, which help you apply it to your own thoughts.

  3. Apply

Try it out for real, at school, with friends and around food.

Then you go round again with the next chapter, until you’re emetophobia-free.

follow the map, keep going, and you’re there.

You each have a part to play.

The teenager

Read a bit and do the exercises every day. Nothing in them is scary. They’re there to build your confidence back up.

The parent

Work through The Thrive Programme, the adult version, alongside them. You’ll understand what they’re learning, and you’ll know when to gently steer them back on track.
