I ordered a paper manual but it hasn’t arrived yet
Paper manuals are posted first class, worldwide. Allow { X }working days for the UK and { X }for elsewhere.
Check your junk folder for the dispatch email first — it has your tracking details. If it’s been longer than that, send us your order number below and we’ll chase it.
I ordered an online manual but haven’t received the link
The access link is emailed within a few minutes of your order, from { sender address }, so it can land in junk or promotions.

I bought the wrong manual. What do I do?
No problem, and it happens more than you’d think — the adult, teenager and children’s editions sit right next to each other.

I can’t log in to my online manual
The online manual is hosted on Kajabi. Use the email address you ordered with, and choose forgotten password rather than creating a new account — a new account won’t have your programme attached to it.
If that doesn’t get you in, send us the email address you used and we’ll look it up.

The quiz is how you see your progress in numbers, so it’s worth getting it working.
How do I take the TQ Quiz?
The link is in your programme materials and is emailed to you when you start. You take it before you begin, partway through, and again at the end.
I can’t find the link to my TQ Quiz
Search your inbox for { subject line }. If it isn’t there, ask below and we’ll resend it — we just need the email address on your order.
I’ve taken the quiz but my report hasn’t arrived
Reports are generated automatically and usually arrive within { X }minutes. Check junk first.
If it still hasn’t appeared, tell us roughly when you took it and we’ll find it.

You can add a coach at any point — plenty of people start alone and bring one in partway through.

Coaching starts at £895. Coaches set their own arrangements, so ask on your first call — there is no obligation.

My child is going through the programme. How involved should I be?
It depends on their age, and the children’s edition is written to be worked through together.
