Hi, my name is
Louise Moles
I’m an Emetophobia-Free Coach
“Future you will feel proud! No more phobic "what ifs" taking over trips, eating, or headspace.”
A little about Louise…

I have a SEND education support background, in tutoring and mentoring, and I've been involved with The Thrive Programme in schools, having supported teachers and SLT in groups.
I've offered Thriving group support to ex-clients in covid lockdown, and ran 'Anxiety-Free Parenting' support groups for families of home-educated children.
You can ask me more about my group workshops developing for 2027. And join my parent community for free weekly Emetophobia support.
In her own words…
What do you love about Emetophobia-Free?
I could rave all day about this programme! As do my clients!
It meets their experience in a very specific way, unlike most of the help they've had before, where they haven't felt understood.
Coaching clients through their realtime challenges, means they can reduce phobic thinking in the moments that are meaningful for them.
The Emetophobia-Free programme is full of good surprises!
Like surprisingly being able to eat what you want in any restaurant again, being less over-alert to every tummy twinge, feeling more relaxed about travel and trips out, and not spiralling into panicky "uh ohs" everyday.
All the years spent worrying about "what if I'm sick" are suddenly understood through a new lens. To share this relief with clients and help reassure them with the success of the programme is the best start to their Thriving journey.
What did you do before you became a coach?
Pre-Thrive Programme, I certainly wasn't Thriving! Even though I'd achieved a degree in art history, moved away from home, worked successfully in charities and specialist education roles, and had supportive family and friends throughout, I still hadn't learnt how to keep myself happy. I wasn't body confident, or socially comfortable, and I really wasn't loving my life.
So my journey from client to Coach has been most valuable, by overcoming many anxiety associated symptoms, to running a business in private practice. Coaching clients to fall in love with their lives again after suffering for years (as I did), is fab and rewarding.
What's your sense of humour like?
What sense of humour? 😉 lol
I'm grateful for giggles and love a bit of sarcasm.
I enjoy silly moments in sessions with clients where we're quoting our fave shows to each other – mine being F.R.I.E.N.D.S!
I trust that friends, family, and clients benefit from my calm humour, my patience and sensitivity for reading the room well.
What do you do when you're not working?
Thriving is a daily habit for me, making the most of grateful moments.
My fave quote is: if it is to be it is up to me. I'm all about making life happen, today.
I journal everyday, and practise yoga for fitness and dance for cardio.
When outdoors, you can find me walking by the sea and wherever there are animals. When indoors, you can find me staring at art, or in a museum. I love living in Cambridgeshire, and creating and decorating in my home. Ask me about my dried flower collection and all my antiques!
An interesting fact?
I celebrate body confidence and uniqueness and I've designed over £2k worth of tattoo art for myself. I wear all my art with pride.
