Tip for Thriving – working through the programme

Self-Esteem Notes

Tip for Thriving

Look at these great notes from a young girl working through the programme! Drawing out a visual brick wall of good things about yourself is a useful tool to build your self-esteem. Look for evidence – I worked hard, I was a nice person, I put in effort today – what does this all say about me? Great tip for thriving !

Tip for ThrivingIn the second photo you’ll see her daily focus – do it as creatively as you want so it really sticks with you. If you have a journal, you can revisit it throughout the day – or have it on your phone and check your thriving notes whenever you go to check social media!

It’s also helpful to stick things where you work/study/sleep/eat – having the brick wall near you means you can’t help but see all these helpful affirmations about yourself.

How does The Thrive Programme for Emetophobia work?

The Thrive Programme is a six-part training programme based upon the ‘Cure Your Emetophobia and Thrive’ book. You can either work through the book or online course at home by yourself or you can complete it alongside face-to-face or Skype/Zoom/FaceTime sessions with a licensed Thrive Programme Coach®. Everything in the programme is fully backed up by clinical experience and research.
